Amazing piece of research. Now I’d love to read some of the works of Michael McGovern. Ironic to think that Grandpa Martin O’Grady’s older brother John Grady was killed while working in a steel mill in England. His mother, our great grandmother, managed to bring his remains back to Derreentighe and he’s buried at Moore’s Cemetery, Trien.
