Nellie/Mary Ellen Clancy owned a house on Lexington Ave in Manhattan.
According to her brother Thomas's entry record, the address was 1889 Lexington Ave.
That same house today from google earth:
1889 is the tan/yellow house on left ... very similar to how it looked in 1920!
